Check-in and check-out
- Check-in: The standard check-in time is 2:00 PM. All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon check-in, such as a KTP, driving license, or passport for foreign nationals.
- Check-out: The standard check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur an additional fee.
- Late check-out fees:
- Until 3:00 PM: 30% of the room rate.
- Until 6:00 PM: 50% of the room rate.
- After 6:00 PM: A full night's room rate will be charged.
Occupancy and visitors
- Registered guests only: Rooms may only be occupied by the number of guests registered at check-in. Any additional person staying overnight must be registered with the front desk.
- Visitors: Non-registered visitors are permitted in guest rooms only with prior approval from the front desk and must leave the premises by 10:00 PM.
